Achy Lower Abdomen.
Anyone ever have this? According to my chart I already ovulated sometime last week. My temps agree with this as well. Just wondering if this aches are due to my body getting use to coming off the birth control or what it is. If I ever got these aches and cramps before being on any bc then it would go away within less than a day. Any ideas?
