Anxiety attacks during second trimester...

So I’ll be 6 months next week and I ended up in the ER last night after having 2 panic attacks in 12 hours. They gave me an Ativan and a prescription for hydroxyzine in case it happens again. I’ve been seeing a therapist once a month to help with feeling anxious but it seems to be escalating. I’m scared to take medication but I can’t keep feeling like this.

Anyone else have anxiety while they were pregnant? What did you do? I’ve been reading it’s more common than I thought.
