Subchorionic hemorrhage at 16 weeks

We found out last week I have a SCH roughly about 3.7cm. I’m looking for other similar stories and outcomes? I have not had any pain or cramping. I have had pink spotting which was the reason I went in to be seen at the hospital. It was only pink when I wiped and went away after about 4 hrs, less each time I wiped. When I got an ultrasound at the hospital they noticed a low lying placenta and the SCH.

I’m very scared and not sure how to feel. Is this serious, could I lose my baby? Any and all stories are welcome plz and thank you. God bless all!
