Stuffed/runny nose

Can’t tell if this is a pregnancy symptom or just a cold but my nose won’t stop dripping and feels so stuffed. My right nostril is so sore inside and I can see little raised yellow areas inside. Been trying Vick’s, pushing fluids, Neti pot, gonna get a humidifier. I’ve heard that nose bleeds can be common in the second trimester but I’m only 10 weeks and no nose bleeds here yet! Ugh between the migraines, nausea and abdominal pain another terrible symptom this pregnancy stuff is hard!
