Implantation cramping?

Has anybody cramped mildly for 7 days up until their period and was pregnant? I usually don’t get menstrual cramps until about 2 days before my period sometimes not till the day of. This cycle we tried hard to conceive and I’ve been cramping since 4DPO not bad just mild and it’s off and on. But I read implantation cramping only lasts 3 days at the most. My period is due in 2 days I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this and ended up pregnant?
