Marriage problems

Okay I been dealing with this for a week already....my stupid husband and I got into a fight because I needed help bringing laundry down and he didn’t want to do it now but later and I got pissed cuz I’m always doing things around the house, I cook, clean, do his lunch, take care of our 3 month daughter and all I ask is for a little help so we got into a fight and he left and hasn’t come back saying he needs space and I told him he is a married man and has a daughter and he has to grow up and fix this but he doesn’t want to now he needs space and he wants to fix it at his own time and I’m telling him to talk to our pastors for marriage counseling but he doesn’t want to do nothing...I’m stressed and tired and don’t know what to do...
