I wondered if I could get some advice on your experiences. Having been on the mini pill for 5 years I have come off for the last 4-5 months or so to start trying for a baby. I have only really been tracking my ovulation for the last 2-3 months. What I have also noticed is once every 4 weeks or so I suffer from feeling sick/diarrhoea and headaches and last night I got a really bad cramp in my stomach for about 5 seconds (my ovulation day is today). I suddenly wondered if it was due to ovulation/PMS. I’ve had time off from work and my boss noted it was all around the same time of the month. I assumed I had eaten something dodgy and that it was just a coincidence. Has anyone else had these symptoms? I am going to try and get a doctors appt also. Thanks ladies!! 😊😊
