Fat??

According to my bmi I’m obese. But I don’t feel that big? Am I just blind? Can someone help me with weight loss, like if there’s any good exercise routines you recommend? I’m trying to get pregnant so I want to get in shape. I’m 5’4 and I weight 170. I was always really really small. Like 115. But then my parents divorced and my dad died all in the same year so I struggled with a lot of emotional weight. I’m ready for change.
