Please don't judge me too harshly for this post, and any advice is greatly appreciated. I honestly don't know, and i'm scared that it will not be gone after treatment.

Background: I recently found out I had chlamydia on October 17th of this year. I took my one dose of azithromycin, however i received zero education from the nurse that called me on what to do other than go pick up my prescription. I had protected sex 4 days after taking the one time dose, and continued to use my vibrator (i dont think my cleaning method was effective, so im scared that is how i potentially reinfected myself or the one time protected sex).

Current: I recieved my test of cure results which I tested 27 days after treatment and my results were confusing. This nurse was much better at education and explaining. She told me that the first test they did showed an "intermittent positive" and the second test they did was negative. Im not sure if they didnt know if i was possibly reinfected or there was an error with the first test, so they are currently treating me with doxycycline twice a day for a week. I however missed my entire 4th day of antibiotics and quickly resumed the next day and have not missed a dose since. I also was told dairy could affect the absorption, and have been eating left overs from thanksgiving (mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, etc.) I have NOT had sex of any kind, and i have not used my vibrator. I have actually thrown it away because of how paranoid I am.

I'm curious as to what you all think. Do you think it will be cured after this treatment? Once again any advice is greatly appreciated, and even if you are clueless and want to offer encouragement ill take it. Thank you for taking the time to read the post and for your help.
