Dieting?

Karina • Just trying to keep myself as regular as possible, without having to share my body too much.

So, I started this diet that literally everyone is talking about... I have been told many good things about it, how it helps with PCOS and diabetes, and how it’s very rewarding.. But honestly... All I feel is HUNGRY! I feel like I need to eat every half hour!

Do any of you have any tips on how to make myself feel “full”?
