Weird discharge

Sunday night I started having pink mucus discharge which turned into full blown bleeding by Monday morning, which is weird for me but I didn't think anything of it except that my period was 4 days early. Yesterday afternoon I was washing dishes and all of a sudden my underwear felt soaking wet so I ran to the bathroom. When I checked it was just water looking discharge all in my underwear like I had peed on myself but I had a tampon in. I've never had that before. It happened again this morning but it soaked through 2 pantiliners and my underwear were soaked again. I don't feel like I normally do when I'm on my period either. Has anyone experienced this? I've looked on Google and I haven't found anything.
