Miscarriage 3+ weeks ago

So this is so odd and I was hoping someone has a similar situation! I had a miscarriage going on almost 4 weeks in 3 days. My symptoms had disappeared about the same time the bleeding stopped. Now all my symptoms have returned!!??! My boobs have gotten full again, my veins are super noticeable again, same with the veins in my thighs.. (we haven’t been trying) although we do just use the pullout method. Do you think it’s my period coming around, or am I pregnant again?
