13 weeks GD !!! 🙁

Hey guys so today a had a blood test for my 12 weeks pregnancy and my doctor called me but I didn't hear it and she left me a message to tell me that she had half of the results and I have high GD so I need to get an appointment etc. I am freeking out! This is my first pregnancy, i had blood test before getting pregnant and I didn't have diabet and even in the beggining of my pregnancy I did a test and I didn't have it. The first trimester I ate alot of junk food because I couldn't eat healthy or a proper meal. So now I can and I startes to eat healthier but now I've got this phone call and I don't know much about GD on early pregnancy, I'm crying since 3 hours I'm so scared. Please help me ? If anyone had GD on early pregnancy how did it go ? Is my baby in big danger I'm so scared..
