Normal Swelling????
So last night after work I took off my boots and was very surprised to see how swollen my ankles and feet were. When I woke up this morning my ankles had gone back down to almost normal and my feet were still pretty big. Today at work I noticed they have swollen up even more! Does this look like a normal amount of swelling? Or should I be concerned?
