Pulling/tugging?

Just casually sitting on the couch with my glass of wine watching Grey’s Anatomy reruns (for the millionth time lol)

I had a little bit of a pulling sensation on my left side for about 30 seconds to a minute on and off.. not painful but enough to notice it. Same side I felt my ovulation pains on this cycle.

I’m only 6dpo.. I know it might be too early for implantation, but has anyone else felt this/know what it is?

Been taking geritol and used preseed this cycle!! 7 month TTC. Hoping it’s our month 💞
