No period yet...in pain!

So I have this feeling I’m pregnant and nothing is normal, I mean puking and all kinds of symptoms! Guess what, faint line on a home test and I was like wow already! Well, nope I ended up going to the er because of this nausea and pain and they did a beta and my level was <1 so not pregnant! I’m like 🤔🤨 I am 2 days late and that’s on my normal 26 day cycle. I feel like I’m pregnant and TMI my cervix also says so. I am very in tuned with my body. I’m 32😉, plus I mean no period and not feeling her coming. So I’m so lost and my bf is like your pregnant babe I’m getting indigestion and nasty stuff...so I’m waiting till Thursday maybe later but he’s leaving on Thursday and for 3 days to a race and I want to tell him before he goes. I don’t see that happening and I know I’m not crazy...can someone please some insight would be awesome at this point!! Baby dust to all!!!!
