So confused and frustrated

I have had eggwhite cm since the 13th of this month. I had my "period" thursday the 22nd and the 23rd but then it ended. My cervix is super soft and high and has been awhile. Sunday i had very light spotting and cramping and today i had the same. I am supposed to ovulate (according to glow) the 7th of December. Is it normal to have EWCM and a high and soft cervix most of your cycle? I had a blood test done on the 21st (because I've been nauseous and dizzy) and it came back negative on the 23rd. I also took one this morning since my period was really short and light but it was negative :(

I dont know what my body is doing and Im so frustrated with it right now.
