How can I lose weight fast?
I’m going on vacation mid December and want to feel my best. I’m young, and I do not consider myself fat, depending the brand I’m a size 4 or 6 so I’m not looking to lose a lot of pounds. Any tips? I try to walk and climb stairs over cars and elevators but with finals I truly don’t have the mental or physical energy to really work out. What has helped you guys?
