***ISO: ADVICE PLEASE***

So there’s this guy I’ve hung out with a couple times with our mutual friends. We’ve never hung out just the two of us before. We’ve been texting/talking/snapchatting pretty much everyday since he got my number back in August. We’ve tried to hang out several times just us but it never works out. It’s been very obvious we have a mutual attraction to each other however I’ve encountered an issue I’ve never dealt with before. I’m used to guys being very sexually forward and open with me. But He doesn’t flirt or talk dirty much at all and I’ve thrown out several suggestive lines and given him plenty of opportunity to talk to me in a provocative way and he shuts it down and either changes the subject or tells me goodnight. He finally straight up told me he was horny and I told him I was too especially after this erotic movie I watched on Netflix. He literally made a joke and said “oh those Hallmark movies?.... my eyes are burning I’m going to bed goodnight.” .... WTF he didn’t even ask about the movie or acknowledge the fact that we are two horny adults and should act on it. What is going on here??? I’m so confused. And no, he’s not gay, married, or in a relationship.
