anyone else have insomnia?

its 2:46 am and I'm in the kitchen eating banana bread 😂😭😭 can't sleep because mainly my nose is stuffed and no matter how many times I blow it, I still cant breathe. And to top it off I'm starving. My husband and my dog look way too cozy I'm jealous they cant sleep 😂😑

I’m up til three then wake up at 6:30 toss and turn go back to bed by like 8 then sleep til like noon it’s a horrible cycle

I don't know what my problem is but i can't fall asleep until two and the past few days hubby has been waking up at 5 to go to work and I don't know why but I only fall asleep when I know he is in a deep sleep and he is warm and breathing lol

I’ve been waking up with bad nightmares at exactly one AM every night 😐 it is NOT fun 😅

I swear it's my body prepping for middle of night feedings
