My 4 week old has these tiny red bumps on her face, ears, neck and slightly on her chest. It started up about a week ago. Could it be severe baby acne or something else? It doesn’t seem to bother her (she was upset about being taken off the boob for these pictures) and she doesn’t have a fever, should I take her in or just wait for it to clear up?

Updated pictures of what it looks like today, after a bath and a little bit of coconut oil, it definitely cleared up most of the redness which is what made it look inflamed. Nurse advised us to taker her in if it gets worse or any other symptoms pop up. Thank you ladies for all the advice 😊
