Is my doctor going to bedrest me?

So heres the deal. I'm 32 weeks and 5 days. I had a premature baby before this one. I've been taking McKenna shots to prevent another preterm. I've been contracting and hurting since Friday. So I decided to go get checked out at l&d last night. And I dilated to a 1. I cant walk from the bedroom to the kitchen. Or from the parking lot to walmarts doors without going into a contraction that hurts so bad. Lol tons if pressure, and back pain. I'm only getting worse everyday. I have a drs appointment next Thursday. So my question is do y'all think my doctor is going to bedrest me? I kinda wanna get a heads up cause i have a 2 year old and a 1 year old and suck at being stuck at home all the time. I kinda wanna prepare myself first... What do y'all think?
