Nausea and pain

So the last week or so I have been feeling sick randomly and getting bad wind pain in my stomach.
When I fart the pain kinda of goes away. But this nausea is really bothering me. I don’t know why I feel like
This. I had my period about two weeks ago so I don’t think i’m pregnant.
What causes wind pain and nausea for longer than a few days?
