I'm confused

I am going on 2 months of no period I have never missed a period I'm 25 I have all of the pregnancy symptoms except the nipple darkening I keep getting negative tests I'm nauseous and my bra went from a 42DD to a 44F in a month they hurt and j just want to know what's going on
