HELP PLEASE !! ANYONE WITH CHRONIC CYSTITS/ENDOMETRIOSIS

So I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and I have chronic cystits, all my urine tests come up with a UTI. Went to midwife today and she dipped my urine and said it’s came positive for an infection (obviously) and she’s said I’ll have to be on antibiotics for the full pregnancy. HaS anyone with chronic cystits been fine during pregnancy. Please help I’m past myself ☹️

Not ectopic. I’ve had a scan, everything is where it’s suppose to be. And everything looked normal. I’ve had pain on the right side of my back and abdomen a lot! But this could be due to UTI or pregnancy 🤷🏻‍♀️
