Ob/GYN to get hormones checked?

Has anyone done this? Period has “disappeared” now for almost 2 full months with negative pregnancy tests and no PMS symptoms. Thoughts?

I did! I was missing periods and it turns out I have PCOS.

So many things could be the cause. Stress, weight, infection, thyroid, and many other uterus related conditions. Put it in your docs hands to figure it out. Hoping the best for you and praying everything is okay.

Do you check your BBT? Or use OPK’s? Once you determine ovulation you can for sure figure out if your period has “disappeared.” If you don’t know ovulation your period might not be coming because you haven’t ovulated. Your doctor can’t really do much until you’ve been actively trying for a year or more. If you have a good doctor they might run some tests and stuff but I know my doctor always gives it a year of active trying. I was having super irregular cycles and it was because I wasn’t ovulating much. Good luck!
