Monistat did I take the right thing !? HELP PLEASE

So last night I realized I had a yeast infection so I went to Walmart and picked up some Monistat 1 simple therapy because they were all out of the Monistat 1 maximum strength or Monistat 3 does any1 know if they work the same ? Im freaking out because I havent had a yeast infection since like high school so im not sure if I messed up by not just going to another store and buying the maximum strength and i already took it last night idk what to do some please help !!
