Hip pain
Any suggestions on how to deal with or help hip pain. My hips have been hurting for a while but the past few weeks it's very bad. I walk with a limp on a daily basis not all the time but a lot and I was holding my 15mth old the other day and my right leg/hip felt like it gave out on me. It hurts if I'm sitting down laying down and worse when standing up or walking. What have yall done to help
