*POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING* Is cancer a metabolic disease?

Back at it again with The Magic Pill.

So in the documentary, a portion of it focuses on cancer, a woman who had an aggressive form of breast cancer, and studies done on keto affecting cancer. They talk about cancer as a form of metabolic disease or a dietary induced disease. I thought it was highly interesting as I've never really thought of the possibility. One of the doctors featured does say this may not be applicable to all cancers, but I do want to say that the woman with breast cancer said she went into full remission with simply doing the ketogenic diet.

Bonus: Do you think keto can actually cure things like cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, etc?
