Pregnant on BC?

Hey ladies, so i have a question i started a new birth control 2 months ago and for the most part it’s been fine. Now I am on my 3rd pack which i just started Sunday since my 2nd pack my nipples are hard but they don’t hard though and i feel nauseous sometimes which comes and goes, breast tenderness and more. My period Started this pass Saturday and ended on Monday. I just started my new job which i have to wake up early now and today after work i felt so tired and my breast hurt as well. it feels like I’m getting a cold because my whole body hurts and i have no energy Should i worry and take a test? (I am on Lo Loestrin Fe)
