Weed on period?

Do you gals smoke weed when you’re on your period? I’m personally from Colorado where its recreational and I HAVE to smoke on my period... it helps me stay calm, and helps with my cramping pain. But some women have told me it makes their cramps worse? How do y’all feel about it?

I’m an every day smoker - period or not 😂 some months my cramps suck and others it doesn’t. If they hurt bad enough I’ll take ibuprofen, drink some water and I’m fine!

I don’t smoke anymore because most gives me anxiety, but when I did have my period( not ovulating with current bc) I used a tincture my bf got for me at a dispensary he went to. I use it when I get ovarian cyst pain now. It’s all about finding what works for you though.

Sometimes if I'm smoking flower or dabs it doesn't help as much as when I take edibles on my period. Anything with CBD has helped me when cramping

I've noticed it helps cramping but can increase irritability and agitation if it's too much, which let's be honest, no one needs that increased when af is in town!
