Aching Vagina

My vagina is aching and really sore and I don’t know why. I haven’t had sex for over a week (not that that usually makes me sore). I’m on birth control and use condoms when I do have sex. My period doesn’t start for another 16 days and I don’t cramp this early before it, but this honestly doesn’t really feel like my normal period cramps. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on??
