I’ve heard some amazing myths about how becoming vegan clears your skin and helps lose weight and improves your mood and such, and I’ve always wanted to try it out to see if my health and happiness would benefit. However, my family is an omnivorous one, and I’ve been told it would be too inconvenient for my family to start changing their life style and everyday meals in order to fit mine (I’m only 14 so probably couldn’t get my own food daily, so it would have to be made by my mother and she’s very very busy) 😬

So, can you tell me as much as possible? I want whether it’s good for you or not, what it helps with (skin? body?) and easy meals that won’t break the bank and won’t mean my family has to cook a completely different meal just for me
