Any ways to get rid of water retention??? I'm almost 21 weeks and this past week I've totally popped and I'm struggling to get my rings on and off.

Thank you. It just seems to be the last few days. I already drink a lot of water and have a healthy diet so I will take them off and leave them off. I definitely don't want to cut them off 😊😊
