Sex at 20 weeks pregnant

My boyfriend and I have sex like once or twice a week because it’s painful for me afterwards (cramps and tender feeling). He said to me yesterday that he has boiled over and is sexually frustrated. He also told me that he has needs and since he helps me with the house and various things I should be finding other ways to please him to meet his needs (blow jobs, hand jobs, ect). I’m not sure what to do because I’ve had a head cold for weeks and I’m very tired because of the pregnancy. Advice? He made me feel basically worthless last night because I don’t please him but I’m so tired. Help!

Edit: I should also mention I work full time, have a daughter who competes in dance, and I attend school full time so I am tired also because of those things too.
