Scheduling my Pregnancy Test ➕➖

Is it just me, or do people try and schedule their test date on a day where it's not so soul crushing if the test comes up negative? For instance ...

Right now I'm in my waiting period I could test sooner but I decided to wait and see if my period arrives late and if it doesn't arrive I'm going to test on December 8th. I see it as choosing to feel happiness over suffering .. my fiances Christmas party is on December 8th so if I test that morning and it comes up positive I can be happy and surprise my fiance with the amazing news. If it happens to be negative I can at least enjoy myself at the party and enjoying getting out of the house, and being wined and dined. Dont get me wrong, its heart breaking when I see the negative tests but feeling bad about it and choosing to feel a form of suffering isn't going to get me that baby. Maybe it's just me but I always try to test on a day where I know there's a positive to each result. Obviously I want the baby though
