I see all these posts about the husbands not doing anything around the house! I must be one of the lucky few where my husband does a lot for me and our little family. We have a 3 yr old boy with a baby girl on the way. Our 3 yr old has 18q deletion syndrome (where he is missing a portion of his 18 chromosome). He has been through a lot in 3 years but is striving. My husband has been there through everything. I mainly take care of the appointments for the 3 yr old since my work schedule is a bit more flexible then his, but he makes sure dinner is done (he gets home from work first) every night. I am a director at a child care center so my son goes to work with me everyday and we don’t get home until 6:30. He also makes sure the house is picked up each day, along with making sure all the outdoor chores are done. I don’t think I could have asked for someone better and more motivated (he hates just sitting around and relaxing all the time). There are great men out there, and I am lucky enough to have one of them!!!
