Cyst ? STD?

Hey guys I’m one of the younger ladies on this app i’m 17 about to be 18 in in January last night I slept over at my boyfriends house and halfway through sex (and it was raw sex ) I had to stop because I found the pain unbearable if felt like I was Cut on the left side of my labia I want to the bathroom to go check myself out and I saw a swelling on the left side of my vagina lips I panicked in like everybody else I googled multiple things Bartholins cyst came up it also had said and links to gonorrhea and chlamydia no me and my boyfriend both have been checked and we both said to be clean of any STDs though last year my boyfriend was diagnosed with chlamydia but had gotten rid of it and I have no mother figure in my life my dad is not the most open person to go to about my sex life being that we haven’t talked about sex since I was raped I am flustered and scared I do not know what to do I’m just asking for some advice or any tips on how to take care of this situation I never had a mother role in my life so a lot of the stuff I had to take on by myself
