Eating disorders and pregnancy
Has anyone else had a hard time dealing with pregnancy changes due to previous history of ED?
Dont get me wrong. Im beyond happy for the baby and im blessed with a loving husband, but it feels weird how everyone feels entitled to comment about your body Shenyang you are pregnant. Yes, i know i mighty have gained weight, but you cannot just come and san “how big” ínstese of hi to a pregnant woman. You might not know what shes gone tru before.
When you’ve had troubles with your body image its hard to be repeating yourself this changes on your body are somete Inv good, that you have a beautiful baby inside, and he needs your body to change so he can grow. I tel Mayela this all the time, but whenever someten comes and maje a stupid comment such as “you look big for baby’s age”, it becomes Harder to come trough.
Yes, i try to eat healthy, in fact i havent gained more than 2pounds at 24 weeks, but i was overweight to start with due to hormonal imbalances. I tried to exercise the first thrimester but I had a problem with the baby and the doctor restricted physical activity to me. But this are things you dont go explaining to everyone who makes a harsh comment
I just wanted to post this in here because sometimes it helps just to know you are the only one feeling the same
Love for all the beautiful mammas out there! 💕
