Showing at 5 weeks?

I am wondering if i am more pregnant than i think . I was getting positives a week before my missed period which isnt supposed to happen . My pregnancy calculator says im about 5 weeks but my stomach is pushed out if i suck it in it hurts. I did have my period last month . What do you guys think please help

If you got a BFP a week before your supposed AF yeah it’s a chance you may be a little further ahead! As for the belly I still consider bloat as showing because your bloating stems from the hormones your body is producing because of the baby! 
My Bloat was never super bad tbh I bloated from my missed af to around week 5 went away and my bump is now starting to come in at 20w.

Thanks ladies i really think i am further along.  When i was pregnant with my daughter 9 years ago they gave me an ultra sound right away . This time around they say the first visit has no ultra sound, therefore i wont get my ultrasound until January . Im going to try and change that tomorrow by giving them a call
