Limiting social media posts of baby by family member
I'm not opposed to occasionally posting pictures or videos, I just dont plan on documenting my daughters every breath on facebook, instagram, etc. (NO judgement if you do!) My family, specifically my parents, thats another story. My father is retired and on facebook ALL. DAMN. DAY. And to say he lacks common sense at times is...well...he announced my pregnancy without my consent and way before I was ready, has posted photos of me that I didnt even know he was taking without my consent, etc. He always deletes the posts when I tell him to, but it's really annoying. I'm the only girl with 4 brothers so I understand my first baby is a big deal for them, they're excited and I know I'm very lucky for that. But this is still my daughter, and my wishes have to be respected at some point. Just wondering if anyone else has had to ask family or friends not to post things without their consent, how did you do it, how'd it go over?
