Need help!

So I’m a dancer and athletic and fairly fit but I have a medical condition that has caused me to not be able to do sports I love. I still dance and have a performance in 2 months. The costumes we have we got when I was 13 ( I am 18 now) I don’t fit because I have boobs and a butt now. I have a bit of a stomach and have been told by instructor that I need to lose weight. Any ideas to help me lose the stomach chub and slim up period point blank?
