Think I’m Plateauing and it’s Frustrating! HELP!

So I used to weigh 161, I’m 5’1” and I lost 18 lbs and now I weight 143. I can see a difference especially in my arm and belly region but I can’t seem to lose more weight. It’s been getting really frustrating, I try to push myself even harder during my cardio sessions but I haven’t seen any new results. My boyfriend said to just keep on pushing a little harder. It’s so frustrating I can’t explain how annoyed I’ve been at the gym busting my ass off and not seeing any results on the scale. Also I was wondering if any of you had any successful work out routines to make the booty bigger? I have a really flat butt and would like to make it plump and lifted. Any advice and help is appreciated! I wish anyone else in their fitness journey the best❤️
