Provera but positive home opk??

JJ

I’m a bit confused as I have very long irregular cycles. As I habe PCOS, they’re consistently around 58-65 days. On day 56 of my cycle I had a 10mm follicle on Ultrasound and doctor told me I have not ovulated this cycle and would not ovulate based on my progesterone levels. I’ve been on Metformin for about a month now and the doctor gave me Provera in order to induce a period to start a fresh cycle. After using Provera 10mg for 3 days I decided to take a home ovulation test and got an extremely dark second line. I know my LH levels are always high due to my PCOS, however this was the darkest second line I’ve yet to see on these. Any suggestions here on to what I should do? Should I assume a false positive opk caused by the Provera?
