Help.. don't know what this is 😣😣

My daughter has this on her right leg , she has eczema to,but Ian not sure if this is what a flare up looks like. She doesn't seem to be in pain from it, she does scratch every now and then. Baby girl has a doctor appt this up coming week for it, Iam concerned about it if not caused from her eczema, it also seems to be spreading alil bit too 😣. She is my one and only child and it just a concern that she has this on her leg. Please do share what you beautiful mama's think this may be😊
