For the LAST time, ladies!
Read up on how to do bbt, what the temps tell you, and what they don’t tell you BEFORE spending the effort to do it!!! Tips:
1-your post-ovulation temps have to be higher than your pre-ovulation temps to confirm ovulation. Doesn’t matter if you have a positive opk. OPKs do NOT confirm ovulation! Just because Glow has an ovulation date on your calendar doesn’t mean you ovulated! Look at your temps-and learn what you’re looking for. A dip does NOT mean ovulation occurred.
2-your chart cannot tell you if you’re pregnant before your period is due! It cannot look promising before your period is due. You can get a dip and it not be implantation. You can get spotting and it not be implantation. It can look triphasic and not be pregnant. You can have none of these and be pregnant! There is NO way to know until after you get a bfp or af what it is. A bfp and bfn chart aren’t necessarily any different before your period is due.
I know we just all desperately want to get pregnant and want the perfect chart. But if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re causing yourself more frustration, confusion, and heartache-and none of us need more of it. Sending you all baby dust!!!!
