How long can i go without pumping i dont want my milk supply to decrease

Ive been so tired and sleep deprived i pump every 2-3 hours but last night i slept through my alarms and ive been doing it all day i haven't been meaning to ive just been so tired my fiance said he has been shaking me and calling my name to wake me up but he said he gave up cause i was out but i noticed i was sleep and missed pumping twice so i pumped at 10pm that night then again at 7 am then again at 1pm im not meaning to but i dont want my supply going down
