Got pregnant while thyroid was in normal range?

My thyroid was under active and last week my doctor give me my results that my thyroid is in normal range. I’m ttc and was wondering how long it took to get pregnant once your thyroid was in normal range. TIA

My thyroid was removed so ill always be on thyroid medication. I want to say i had my thyroid checked over the summer and meds adjusted and my thyroid was finally at a good level. I started TTC in September and got pregnant in October so it took us 2 cycles with normal thyroid levels.
Make sure you tell your doctor as soon as get pregnant because you need to increase thyroid medication while pregnant especially with an under-active thyroid
