I was SO hungry the first month when breastfeeding. I ate everything in sight. Even overnight. So not until 6-8 weeks I began slowly losing.

I lost all my weight the day after giving birth, but i think breastfeeding helped me to not gain any weight after my baby was here. And it honestly doesn’t work for everyone so i wouldn’t rely solely on that to lose weight.
