My heart is breaking

Found out we are pregnant Dec 1st. We had a miscarriage in July. I’m supposed to be 5 weeks tomorrow. I started bleeding today in the middle of the day. And it feels like a period. The blood is a little brownish and I’ve got cramps. So I take a pregnancy test and there is BARELY a line. I know it’s not first morning pee and I’ve been trying to drink a lot of water so I know it’s deluded a bit but all I can think about is my HcG levels going down because I might be having a Miscarriage again. Im not sure what to do honestly. I have a dr apt tomorrow at 3.
